A new signalling system has been installed on the Jubilee Line.
Each weekend for a year the line was closed while they installed a new signalling cable, after they finished they discovered they had installed the wrong cable! So for a further year it was closed every weekend.
They have now finished, but daily there are signalling faults which brings part of it to a halt.I was travelling back from Stratford, I had gone there to see the Olympic site, when every few minutes the train stopped due to a faulty train in front of it.The other passengers seemed to be used to it, I had my camera to keep me amused.
