Irrespective of the art works, the Saatchi Gallery is well worth a visit just to see how an old military barracks has been converted into a modern art gallery; which provides vantage points to view art works from different prospectives.

Entering the galleries you are struck by the policy of only hanging a few pieces in each room. This allows the works to be fully appreciated – unlike some of the galleries in Tate Modern where you cannot see the wood for the trees.
