I think all property in the US is at least $100,000 overpriced. A fixer up home starts around 125,000 whereas in reality it should start at 30 to 40 thousand. A family has to have a huge income to have a modest home.
Same in the UK. In the town where I took the shots, the price of a Terraced house went from £30,000 to £80,000 in two years. Last year it was £120,000 + , but now there are no buyers at £80,000
