The old building is called The Barge-house. It was built on the site of the boatyard which built barges for King Henry VIII. The building which was a warehouse is now used periodically for art exhibitions. I have previously posted pictures of its decaying interior – the peeling paint, bricked up windows and cracking concrete produce marvellous abstract shapes.
